• Tasks, brain dumps, routines, goals, and notes you create
• Energy and mood check-ins you submit
• Usage data for improving the AI coaching experience

• To provide and personalize the MindEnhancer experience
• To power AI coaching features (data is sent to OpenAI for processing)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send important service notifications

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Neon Auth — Authentication provider
• OpenAI — AI coaching features
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Netlify — Hosting and CDN

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
