MindEnhancer is a productivity application designed for individuals with ADHD and creative minds. It provides tools including brain dump, task management, focus timers, AI coaching, and focus music.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• MindEnhancer offers a free trial period for new users
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of charge

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• You are solely responsible for the content you create within the Service

5. AI Features Disclaimer

The AI coaching feature is powered by OpenAI and is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for mental health concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

MindEnhancer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
